Blackwall Tunnel tapes anyone?

Daft question, but he couldn't get access to old CCTV tapes could he? A mate of mine was driving through the tunnel at morning rush hour back in the autumn (September I think), clipped the curb and blew a tyre. Blocked the whole tunnel south-bound. I then got a call saying he couldn't change the wheel ... turned out he had these things called "locking wheel nuts" (poor guy isn't the most clued in ... honest to God he once changed his oil himself and filled it RIGHT TO THE BRIM).

So he couldn't find the key, called his Dad to search the house, and called out the RAC. After the RAC man eventually managed to WALK to his car, they found the key ... you guessed it ... under the driver's seat.

I would loooove to see the CCTV tape of the abuse he was getting from the other drivers after he blocked the tunnel for over half an hour!!!
