Sounds interesting, although if they just slap a load of cameras
up it would be quicker to explain

Its been on at least twice before.

And no, they don't control speeds in the no-speed-limit
sections [ more than 80% of the network].

They do come down very heavy on tailgaters and hopeless
lane discipline.

An example would be doing 150 mph in lane 3 when lanes
1 and 2 are empty and there are a queue of folks in lane 3
trying to get past.
