Should the police be like this again or should they carry on as they are. Although that will make any BBC1 show in thirty years about a detective back in time mainly about the hunt for a sanctioned detection.

" I'll come round your house and stamp on all your toys".. Or my personal favourite that armed officers should use " Drop your weapons your surrounded by armed censored "

Would this be an example of police getting off!! Outrageous. Reading that the officer had a bad defence team. He has acted well within guidelines. Lets hope a judge deals properly at crown court. Who'd do this job vh? makes me re-consider.

I think my fave 70s cop just had to be Jack Reagan ..und Carter..

as in "Yer Nicked!" (snarl und curled lip und secretive swig of strongest malt amber coloured stuff) laugh

Followed closely by Colombo.. und Kojak .. USA versions.. und we also had .. um.. the Profis with the permed one.. the tuff one und Hudson the Butler who also starred in Great Escape und as Get Carter's side kick who got shot at traffic lights .. I think ..

But I like this series.. they drive MGs und Capris.. und Granadas .... pure classics of the era. laugh Besides Sims ist one rather good actor. Ist pity he could pass for the Coronation Street ubiquitous male nurse's brother though rofl in looks. But no matter.. ist at least watchable telly
