I know he got arrested for Dangerous Driving, but does anyone know the outcome?

REMEMBER the bloke in the BMW who back in March claimed that his throttle had stuck when he careered into a roundabout on the A1 in Nottinghamshire at 135mph? Well, now 26-year-old Kevin Nicolle has been arrested, after a police investigation of the wreck.

There's loads of mentions for him in Google, which say he was arrested for Dangerous Driving.

However I've never seen (and can't find) an outcome. I can assume it must been quietly dropped.
