After after a bit of advice - a new business opportunity will be heavily envolved with drink driving. (I'm not a barman or a wine taster) its to do with prevention etc.

Can anyone suggest ANYTHING that could increase my knowledge on the subject of drink driving. I am aware of the obvious sources, just wanted to know of anything else not so mainsteam....

I want to focus on Law, effects of alcohol, reaction rates and stats. (and anything else relevant!)

Any pointers would be gratefully received!

I would suggest you keep an open mind on the subject Sam, particularly the aspect of enforcement.
These are some very interesting links on the subject:-

www.ncdd.com/index.cfm

www.1800duilaws.com/article/breathanalysis.asp

www.dundee.ac.uk/forensicmedicine/notes/alcohol.pdf

www.ahcuah.com/lawsuit/ohio/cooper.htm

http://nydwi.com/AboutUs/include.php?

Although many of these links are from the States, they are relevant because this country has adopted the American style of detection that relies solely on an electronic printout from a machine. This machine is American in design and manufacture.
