Seat belt mountings - construction & use regs

Quick bit of help please, can anyone point me int he right direction for the construction and use regs that specifically deal with seat belt mounting points and the construction thereof?

Much to the disappointment of a number of us English Con and Use Regs have not been published in full on the Web.

Northern Ireland Con and Use regs are published in full and almost mirror those of England.

Start at Reg 54 onwards re seat belts/anchorgae points.
