What is the fastest you've gone in a 30 mph section?

Excellent work. I used to do 155/160 in a 45 when I lived in the US on a great biking road running down from Dover DE.

Certainly not a speed I would boast about. Highest I have ever caught anyone at was 102mph on a hand held radar. He was also drunk and disqualified.

Actually no, had to get in the car a pursue him. Found him when his car ran out of petrol a couple of miles down the road. ;o)

I was doing about 40 once until I noticed the speed limit had changed - as it was dark, raining, and in an area I didn't know and where the speed limits changed (it seemed about every 50ft), and I was actually attempting to get the reg plate of the car in front who I reckoned was drunk.
