Following on from a conversation in another thread, is it an offence to receive a blow job while driving and if so under what legislation?

I should imagine the driver could still have both hands on the wheel etc

Sadly it's an offence I'm unlikely to be the lucky recipient of these days...

Surely if it's one worth having, then you wont be driving with due care and attention.

Yes, but your mind wouldn't be on the job, which is a terrible error. Plus, how would you get it in her eye from that angle!?

A friend of mine was killed by a driver allegedy engaging in this act - the car crossed the central reservation on a motorway, striking him as he travelled blamelessly in the other direction. The charge is death by dangerous. Still waiting for the driver to get out of hospital to face trial.

I dopn't know about the legality of it but my father (a surgeon) once had to engineer a a way for a man to be able to pass urine for someone who had a crash whilst in this situation.

That man will never be able to have sex for the rest of his life.

I was stuck for a while in a traffic jam a while back and I'm pretty sure that the pretty blond in front was performing the very same service for the driver of the car in front! I was tempted to see if she wanted a lift!

I've posted this before, but an old chum who was at the time a Casualty Officer at Liverpool General, received a DOA couple from an RTA. The driver was missing his manhood ... it was in the passenger's mouth - Streaky
