Paperwork question

Hi ppl.

I have been pulled up for dangerous driving due to undertaking an unmarked police car with officers without uniform. I'm not proud of it cuz I was really in a rush to get somewhere and had a really useful and long lecture why I shouldn't do what I did.

Anyway, I was told that I will be taken to court at first but after a long lecture he said I can go.
They checked my name and car details and I have not been asked to sign anything.

My question is:

Does this mean I got let off with a warning and no charge or will I receive something through the post later on?

Were you told you were being reported for an offence and cautioned?

If not it's more than likely that you've just had a bollocking.

Regardless...sounds like you have been told not to do it again and thats the end of it on the information proovided. Were you given a producer?

OH, i feel so much better now. I have not been given a ticket, no producer and havn't signed anything.
