New colour traffic car in Manchester ???

[toni896]

on the M60 last night there was a blue volvo with dayglo yellow,
is this a new traffic car or something else ?

as it over took looked just like a normal volvo with roof bars, wasn't until at the side you could tell it was police.

Lot of forces are using silver too - I guess the resale value (and initial availability) might be the reason?

Yes re-sale for fleet managers.
