If a line of cars is seen by a talivan and they are all over the limit, who gets the ticket?

I evade detection these days by driving two foot up the chuff of the nearest car so that they can't get my number plate....

Surely as many as they can shoot at and identify in the time given.

On a slight tangent - how many talivans are setup to seek and destroy vehicles travelling away from them? if I'm on my bike I can just give them a cheery wave (assuming the wind pressure at 160 mph and operating the live feed to U-Tube permits such an action); unless they're shooting from the rear as well.

nonoThey can (AFAIK) measure your speed and then take your number as you pass.

I think the issue with capturing you as you drive away from them revolves around whether there is anything between you and them, such as Armco barrier. AFAIK there is evidence to suggest this can interfere with the reading.
