Speeding Offence Codes

[D_T_W]

A couple of months ago i was caught speeding by a camera van in Aberdeen. The limit was 40, i was doing 55 so not much chance of getting away with it, took it on the chin. Just got my license back from the court today, in the column for Offence Code it has SP30. I haven't got a clue if its the right one, i always thought the code was SP followed by the limit you were exceeding, ie SP70 if you were caught speeding in a 70. Is this the correct code? If not, how do i go about getting it changed to the correct one?

Thanks in advance

SP30 is the code for "Exceeding statutory limit on public road".
