So whats the situation with these. Presumably not only are these "Private" land they also restrict use. Does leave BIB with problems with regard to the RTA??

Metalled roadways in 'Gated communities' may not necessarily be classed as roads under the Act.

They are however in the main public places because people like services and delivery operations take place.

Much of the more serious RTA law applies to both roads and public places.

Insurance, driving standards and drink driving to name but some.
