two yellow poles on bridge cameras on top

On the M11 southbound just after junction 9 (A11) there were two square yellow poles about 8 ft high with a rectangular camera , one over each lane. Anyone know what these could be. Are they ANPR or some kind of new speed camera???

No these were'nt like the specs cameras, and there were only one set. One box, no side pods either. And they looked like they were portable.

Not always,the ones on the M1 around 31-32 are on yellow poles...

I saw a similar setup on the A9 recently.
Very thin poles, almost like fishing rods and very small boxes.
