Another Parking ticket question

Just received a ticket in the post for parking on the pavement its says make unknown but has the registration and colour. Do I have any grounds to dispute. Cheeky buggers took it via a camera operator and did a few others as well

If push came to shove they will no doubt have a photo of the make/VRM/location etc.

It was a tunnel run, and i think the pavement was private land. just checking that at the mo. they must have got at least 30 of us what a field day they had
