whoops.

slightly harsh comentary from the by-standers, they made a judegement call and it was deeper than they thought.

Im guessing they were responding to something pretty important and they werent hanging around and there were loads of them in the van.

I'd imagine they would have had to run the rest of the way though

Im sympathetic to anyone that kills thier car in a flood anyway, I destroyed a diesel passat years ago but the flood was about a foot deeper and I did crawl through.

From the looks of this, the driver made the decision to drive far too quickly through the flood - it wasn't that deep, but looking at the height of the bow wave, he was 'making progress'!

A bit slower, and chances are his colleagues wouldn't have got their trousers wet!
