Question about speed enforcement
Discussion
A colleague of mine tells me that there are wide variations in NIP enforcement rates; specifically, that certain areas will only chase up about 50% of the posted NIPs that aren't responded to, whereas other areas will follow up in 100% of cases.
I think he's getting the wrong end of the stick, and is risking an MS90 due to S172.
Can anyone confirm/deny?

I'm sure there will be some regional variations, but betting on it is just that, gambling.I think he's getting the wrong end of the stick, and is risking an MS90 due to S172.
Can anyone confirm/deny?
