the OH is now in hospital due to salmonella poisoning

the cause?

under cooking a chicken thinking a kilo and a pound were the same FFS!

not her fault as she was only taught pounds and ounces at school

she will want to sue someone when she gets home so who is responsible?

I think Sainsburys for not putting the weight in pounds

No doubt they had cooking times to go with the weight in kilos on the label.
It's down to her.

thought you were a girl.

You're not.

But the OP is still absolutely ridiculous - to the point of satire almost.

So, depending on which it is - either get over yourselves or just rofl

But there were no doubt cooking timings on the label for kilos (underside of label).

It's 2.2 lbs or the weight of a bag of sugar. I was educated in lbs & oz but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out. It will say cook for x per kg if the weight is in kg banghead

Sorry, but it's a case of stupid is as stupid does.
