Quick road tax question

My road tax expires at midnight tonight. Two days ago I applied online for my new disc, which has been accepted and will be sent out within "5 working days". Am I ok to drive between midnight tonight and my disc arriving in the post?

Technically if the police spot it you'll get a 60 pound fine. However, you should be fine for a few days. Even if stopped there is a good chance you'll be let off as you did buy a tax disk and they'll turn a blind eye.
