Parking ticket - wrong road
Discussion
Your ticket outlines that at such and such such a date your vehicle was committing an offence parked on such and such a road.
You have evidence at the time date place in question is was not on that road.
Also if the area is a special enforcement area then for the offence parking opposite a dropped kerb under Sect 86, Traffic Management Act 2004 there is an exception:
where the vehicle is parked outside residential premises by or with the consent (but not consent given for reward) of the occupier of the premises.
This exception does not apply in the case of a shared driveway.
If it is a PCN issued by LA worth a try under their appeals procedure.

The warden takes a picture of the car, which in this case, is clearly not in the road named on the ticket. It is in fact outside my house. I know that means the offence still stands, but the point is the PCN is incorrect.
I'm not in favour of flouting any laws, but this parking on footway (we were just loading the toddlers into the car outside our house) law is open to abuse by wardens. The footway was easily passable, whereas the road is not, even with lawful parking.
