Just got this through the post... (god damn scamera partnerships)

However, I remember reading ( http://www.abd.org.uk/talivan_incompetence.htm#nor... ), that the form must be checked AND SIGNED in person by an officer. The form I have received is a printed receipt (you can make out its a low-resolution scan) which has also then been PHOTOCOPIED and sent to me.

Just wondering if this form still need's to be properly signed by the police BEFORE I send my details, or if this little law has changed...

What exactly have you received ?

I'm guessing its a combined Notice of Intended Prosecution / Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty. If so, this does not require to be signed 'by hand'.
