Another NIP Question
Discussion
Back in March, a mate of mine was stopped for excess speed resulting in a producer & verbal advice that he would be reported etc etc.
2 weeks ago, he receievd a court date for the end of September. Should he have received a NIP prior to the court date?
Ta in advance,
Smiler.
For the record, my view is crime = time, it's just so settle a debate
