Behind the scenes?

To our resident Police officers...
I was wondering what the chances would be to have a look 'behind the scenes' in a Police station and also what happens when somebody is arrested.
I am only interested in drink drivers and things that happen from arrest (at side of the road) the breath test, questions / release etc. I am involved in drink driving issues for corporate companies and think it would be good if I could get an insight into the reality of what happens when you are caught. Many people ask me and I want to be 100% sure with my facts.
This may sound like a strange request and I havent explained myself too well here but if anyone could help then PM me and I will try to explain myself a little better.
I suppose I could get drunk and drive outside a police station, but thought I would try this approach first.
