I saw a few of these whilst driving along The Highway inbetween Tower Castle and Limehouse Link. Any ideas what they are for?

Very odd, looks like those post boxes you get in apartment block lobby areas.

Could be a domehawk camera. We have some that we strap to lamp posts in trouble areas.

This sort of thing?

Looks like a radar device to me. It is used by Roads/Highways Authorities and the Police to record vehicle numbers/type/speed. It does not have a camera and is not used for enforcement, simply information gathering.

They're wireless, footage is downloaded from them following an incident as they're not live streaming, well ours arent anyway.

The gray box on the ATS is a control box of some type, to do with some of the street furniture. The other is a CCTV it uses the mobile phone network to send pictures back, lots of councils use them.

Might be the signal priority system. Some Fire Brigade units have them fitted where the main roads around the station are chocked with automatic traffic lights. Once they hit the blues, a unit in the truck sends a signal and the traffic lights change to the trucks advantage which clears the traffic quicker and negates the requirement to drive a few miles on the wrong side of the road.

As the sign above clearly indicates a ban on non-tumescent members, I presume this is a red-light area, so perhaps it's a condom dispenser - Streaky

It's actually Brother Mycroft. From that lofty position he is able to dispense his worldy knowledge to all waiting at those traffic lights.
