My son pleaded guilty by post for a minor motoring offence, the hearing was on the 18th September 2007, would you have expected him to have received his sentence by now?(27th September), will they notify him by post?

They'll notify him soon - best bet is to ring the Court himself and ask.

Minor motoring offence? They're probably waiting for a space to come free in a maximum security wing somewhere - Streaky
