Rules and regs of camera vans
Discussion
Hi all!
I've just received a NIP through the post (how come a postal strike stops the good mail, but not the bad mail?) and I am trying to find where best to find details of what rules the camera vans must follow. The main reason I am asking is that the alleged offence took place on a busy dual carriageway. There were cars infront of me (inbetween me and the camera van) and a car to left (I was in the overtaking lane) and I remember reading something about the rules stating that there had to be no other cars around you....or does this only relate to hand held speed guns?
Thanks

Were you done by RADAR or LIDAR?
