Does anyone know if Dorset Police operate a mobile speed trap from a Landrover Discovery (painted in 'normal' Police livery)?
Noticed one parked sideways on about 20 metres down a lane off a stretch of dual carriageway about 5 miles out of Dorchester heading towards Poole.
Also, does anyone know what is the maximum angle a laser can operate at? By this I mean the angle of the camera van to the vehicle it targets. As the laser has to return to register the speed presumably a 45 degree angle would not work?
