What's the site address for help with speeding offences?
A friend of mine has recieved an NIP, and wanted to get legal advice as he wasn't driving the car at the time. I want to find the site where information explaining how the system works and what is likely to happen, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called, something to do with pepper I think.
