Bad food, gun crime, drugs, bad music, bad cars, radar guns, bad fashion, bad beer.... the list is endless!

I know nothing about Yankee law. However, in dear old Blighty, whilst it might be an offence to obstruct a police officer in the course of his/her duties:

1. Talivan operatives are civvies, not plod.

2. If you take action to slow people down, then, surely, you are assisting the police in the course of their duties, rather than obstructing them ??

Or perhaps am I just being naive, in believing that the samera partnerships want to slow people down, rather than collect lots and lots of little sixty quids

It would be a very very interesting court case, though !!!!!
