HOW QUICK ARE GREATER MANCHESTER POLICE IN ISSUING NIP'S

How quick are Greater Manchester police known to issuing an NIP for speeding through average speed cameras? Although I am aware they have to be issued within 14 days, can they be received in just a few days?
I have just come home from work this evening (Thursday 13th August) and still nothing has been received in the post. What is the likelihood of receiving an NIP now at this stage? I am the registered keeper of the car and details with the DVLA are correct. I was driving on the M62 on Saturday 1st August and there was a stretch with a temporary 50 mph average speed check due to roadworks.
Through the roadworks, I was doing 50mph or below except for a small stretch when there was an end to the roadworks so speeded up near the normal speed limit. However, there were signs ahead that still indicated 50 mph, so I slowed right back down.

If you did, you would see that even if you exceed the speed limit by some margin for a short distance, you can still be a long way from the persecution threshold.
In the circumstances that that you described, I don't think that an NIP is coming your way.

70 to 50 to 60 to 50 to 40 to 60 in a the space of a few miles.
