Dunno but they just got another 10

You know their is a "policing feedback" section on the Lincs police website.

Would it be considered harrasment or against the law for all of us to feedback to them?

Freedom of Speech is just about still avaliable to us in the UK (I think).

Might just have to watch exactly what you say though just in case
