Do you remember seeing if there was a lens in the upper left aperture?
If there wasnt , then theres noting to worry about.
If there was, maybe you have.
I always look for that as im approaching them if its not visible i like to accelerate towards them and set the bastards off.....did one last night!

I used to travel along the A5 between Tamworth and Cannock every day. I accidentally set off a speed camera one day whilst travelling towards it and in my opinion the double flash was far too late for the camera to see my front number plate. Thereafter I often found it entertaining to purposefully set them off in the wrong direction. If they had film in them it was one less unfortunate motorist they'd catch.

I found the thought of the fixed penalty office officer finding yet another empty picture quite amusing.

Last year driving down the M6 with self imported untaxed, unregistered Lancer Evo7 RS ( running it in at <60 honest !) was in inside lane when overtaker in rustbucket set camera off. I creased myself thinking what they'd make of tyhe no number plate thing.

And its totally legal despite the lying misinformation to the contrary on the DVLA website.

Sorry if I poseted it before !

Was the camera located on your carriageway or the other side of the road? I'm curious because normally gatso's photograph the rear, presumably so drivers don't get blinded. If it was on the other side of the road I doubt the flash would be bright enough to photograpy your car. Can you post more info?

Yeah, A34. 2 vans, one either side - didn't think much of it until I passed one of 'em... but touch wood (ooh-er!), nothing in the post, and it's been 2 weeks, 4 days. Lucky it was a bike, not a car. Not that I'd admit to being there of course .

Get a bike, you know it makes sense.
