Quiet reflection

Ive been out in the sun all day relaxing and upon reflection i think that ive been rising to the bait a bit on some of these threads.

Ive decided to keep an eye on my heart rate and i will be more thoughtful in my responses in the main...however, if i detect that someone is deliberately teasing me i will let you have it with both barrels.
