Electric drain on 2002 Caterham SV
Discussion
I need to get this sorted out. I had to replace an almost new battery today, as last week the car had the battery left in circuit overnight...a friend had forgotten to use the FIA isolator, which is under the bonnet close to the battery.
No electrical stuff was left on, he simply didn't use the FIA cutout.
What could be causing this, and how can I test for it?
Background information...the car originally had some sort of immobiliser system, this has been disabled, but is still lurking under the dash....could it be responsible?
Is this sort of power drain common on a 2002 Caterham SV?
