I was about to say I thought the standard seats (GRP and Carbon) were all/ mostly made by Tillett.

Then I noticed the third cut out in that drivers seat, which I’ve never seen before (the passenger looks standard). As that seat has the harnesses in the correct position for a HANS I wonder if that third cut out is for a HANS (not sure how that would work.

The normal approach for a HANS is to cut the top off the seat where the harnesses come through.

Excepting the additional cutout (which I've never seen before) those are the seats referred to as "composite" Tillett seats. They are not the R500 carbon-Kevlar versions which have the natural colour of the carbon and Kevlar weave.

In my opinion the carbon-Kevlar versions are much comfier than the GRP (composite) version. I did 20 years and probably 30,000 miles with R500 seats and find them the comfiest of all the Caterham seats I've experienced.
