Tacho lights?

Can someone tell me what these LED's are for on the tacho?

2x indicator and main beam warning lights?
Shift lights?

Can someone tell me if the gauges are made by Caerbont?

I will need to be ordering suitable senders.

Looks the same as my gauge which are green indicator LEDs on the left and right and a blue main beam LED in the middle.

I thought the gauge was made by Caterham?

It says OXO on buses but I don't think they make them
