what pressures do you run front and rear?

what tyre pressures are you guys running front and rear for road use?
ive not checked mine yet as ive only had the car a week but they feel very hard compared to others ive used!
205/60/13 rear 185/60/13 front TOYO R888

18 psi all round. Really comfortable on the road and just pump up to 35 psi for track use. At least it suits me and I've done a couple of hundred thou' miles in my 7 over a great many years...

18 psi all around for road and track...if you use 35psi on track your likely to a) have little traction and b) wear out the tyres in the middle quickly

I run 18psi on the road on 13" CR500, but I thought you were supposed to run 16-17psi on track due to the higher temperatures?

18psi road use two up & 16 psi for competition use on Kumho's.

Yoko 21s for road use, 16/17psi. Kumhos for sprinting 15/16psi. Same for front and rear.

sorry but i am not in a position to be able to afford 2 sets of wheels and tyres,
it will have to be r888 for roads and hills unfortunately.

on track start about 16/17 cold shoud be 20psi when hot

Ooops - typo there - meant 25 psi and also forgot that most 'modern' Caterham's appear to be running on rubber bands whereas I'm running 205.60's on 13" rims so have lots of sidewall (and loads of movement if there's not enough pressure). Should've mentioned that at the time, oh well.

Blimey, I run yoko 48s on track, and the keep to 17 psi all round when hot. After cooled down, they are usually closer to 14 psi, but vary from corner to corner and different for different tracks

When I Carcoon mine for the winter (yeah- wimp etc ) I get the tyres inflated to about 40 psi to stop any tyre deformation over the winter slumber.If you think the steering on your Seven is quick you wouldn't believe how light and 'hyper' it feels at 40psi. Ride's a bit ..errmm .. firm , mind

You would be better putting the car on axle stands or blocks than boosting pressures , my personal ops

18psi with CR500. In winter if I haven't used the car for more than a couple of weeks I just roll it back a foot or so. Saves pumping up tyres or putting on stands.

16psi rear, 16.5 psi front when cold so they all heat up to 18psi when they're hot.

You are not the first to say that but after 15 winter sleeps with no ill effect at all I am ok about it- and of course it's so little weight per corner compared to anything else.
