Ex-Academy cars?

Appear to be a slightly cheaper due to ex-academy rebuilds. Based on friends who have run and classic restoration business I have no issues with repairs/rebuilds.

Sure the car will have been ragged but otherwise seems a good way to have a recently refreshed car or am I missing something?

They have had the blue 2003 one for sale for quite some time, unsure as to why from the pictures it looks nice.
