Get it back up on the pallets and clean the underneath, all that salty muck and flakey powder coat is making me sad inside. The same way angels are sad when babies are ill.

Well there's nothing uder there to damage, apart from the seat runner strengthening channels.

Why not leave it on the forklift and stand up to do the work ,hieght adjustable almost as good as a 2 post lift !!

Used to lift my cars like this to wash under them - would not want to work on them on an FLT.. if a hose fails there is nothing to stop it coming down...
Also, not that well balanced - my power washer used to get it swaying sometimes!!

Pallets are a good idea... but now I have a pit.... but no Caterham.... hm...

Because whats holding it up in the air is pretty much, a rubber O-ring. Thats why not!

Ordered some chassis paint the other day - POR15 plus a degreaser and a UV stable coating ready to do mine in a few weeks time when I find time! I've also a few wire cup brushes ready to help me attack it all. Not really looking forward to it but I have managed to source a hoist so I'm not lying on my back painting inches from my face.

One of the many items in the huge growing pile next to me waiting to go onto the car over the winter time.

Its also a very easy method to get it on and off a flatbed trailer
