hi all.my current supersport k has a returnless fuel system but i am replacing the engine to hayabusa power. above my tank is an alloy pannel (boot area) so i cant tell if the tank is designed for returnless system or has an inlet for a return pipe?
i have the sbd wiring loom and high flow fuel rail, sx performance fuel pressure regulator. so should i be running a return to the tank and putting the FPR on the return of the fuel rail? or can i pipe it up to run a returnless setup? am unsure how to sort it out so any help would be good cheers

A K-Series Supersport would normally have a return to the tank, as would any injection (rather than carb) setup.

Not sure on other cars but the return line comes into the tank centrally at the top of course, under the boot floor.

Are you really sure it's a not return system, I'd be very surprised. Fuel feed is at no4 end of fuel rail (bulkhead), return pipe is at the other end passed the FPR, then runs under the inlet back to tank .. .
