I need some advice (and I may be about to start a new trend here). As you may know my car is currently being painted a shade of brown making it look like a non stick turd with a flourescent orange (or green - that's up for debate too) cage and stripes on the nose bonnet.
Because of the design of the nose/bonnet stripes, the usual graphics on the sills along the side do not work so well.
The car has 13" Compomotive CXR wheels and these are currently a metallic grey colour which clashes badly with the turdesque coachwork.
So, they jury is out on whether the wheels should be in flourescent or should I just stick to dull and boring matt black? I'm worried too much flourescent will make it all look a bit chavtastic, especially after seeing that Range Rover on Wheeler Dealers this week.......

Yes I wonder if having the wheels in flouro would be too much. Shame you don't have MBs or Rials in which the flouro colour wouldn't be so prominent if you then had polished rims so something like that.
I say go flouro colour and then if you don't like you can respray them black. At least that way you have tried it.
Has the car been painted now? Any pics of work to date?
Cheers

Some way to go Alistair methinks.
Nigel, the poll result says it all.
Indeed it does buddy, I voted for Fluor of course!Nigel, the poll result says it all.
I have never been that happy with my std r500 grey wheels, I still liked my split rims with polished outers.
Maybe one day when I finally make some decent commission I might treat myself to a set of those nice rims that mickrick has!
