7 race/track car - universal silencer help

gents,

i'm rebuilding my locost and wondering what silencer to go for. the car is non road legal and does not have to worry about trackday noise requirements would like to spend less than 100quid.

before the rebuild it had a restrictive cast manifold and a mild steel 2" exhaust with a 140mm dia x 300mm long silencer. it sounded like a mildly irked wasp, very buzzy and not at all 'nice'.

i'm now running a mildly tuned 2.0l duratec on throttle bodies with a 4 into 1 over-the-rail manifold and 2" collector. manifold is mild steel but i want to go stainless for the remainder.

due to location i am having to import. current options are:

just wondering what the effect of length and diameter are on the exhaust note and what the consensus of opinion would be on the one to go for?

also, does anyone know where i can buy a swept exhaust tip for side exit?
