Carbonfiber dash

Hello there
Sorry to be asking for help on my first post.

I have a caterham 7 classic. Just got a carbon fibre dash upgrade. But I can't get it to fit it seems to tall ?

Anyone else had this problem ?

On the carbon dashes I've fitted I found they were too tall and needed sanding once the Silkaflex had set. Obviously the scuttle was off at this point.

It's also a good excuse to buy a dremel which is great for getting it just perfect....
