Caterham meets badger
Discussion
Just picked up the car from having the corner weights and geo done, took it out for a blat to the local 7 club meet. On the way back a bloddy great badger ran out in front of me. I hit it at circa 70mph, it rattled down the side of the car, the rear wheel went over it and ripped the back wing out the car. During whcih time it went sideways towards oncoming traffic, which was interesting.
So the result is one wounded caterham, one dead badger.
Thanks. I feel better now.

yeah it ripped the rivnuts out of the rear skin and back panel that the wing bolts to so they'll need flattening out so the wing sits neatly and some off set holes drilling when I fit the new wing with new rivnuts. The side skins also dented and the front seems to pull to the right. I can see why racers use the plastic bolts to hold the rear wings on
