SV Steering rack dimensions

Would anyone happen to have an SV rack lying about?

I'm after two dimensions from it:

A - Distance between the centres of the clamp mounts
B - Distance between the centre of the inner balljoints on each end (may require a bit of approximation!)

C - (not shown), the distance from the rack centre to the pinion centreline.

From BC "It measures 1195mm between the ends of each arm. The body of the rack is 480mm between the inner ends of the gaitors and 305mm between centres for the mounting points. Silver/Grey body."
