Adjustable spring platform kit

I've bought a caterham adjustable spring platform conversion kit to convert my bilstien m0 dampers. Due to the thickness of the spring seats/locking rings I was wondering if anyone knew if i also needed to get some shorter springs or do you just use the orginal springs? Its a live axle 03 plate fireblade if that helps.

No need for shorter springs.
There are normally at least two (and sometimes more)sets of grooves for the circlips that support the platforms. It's normally possible to raise or lower the car significantly with standard springs with adjustable platforms.

Make sure you use the lower groove on the shocks. My car now sits too high at the front. Have to change it once more now.

You need to remove the spring (assuming it has at lest some preload) and mmove the lower collar up 5mm or so to get to it

Rear ones sorted fellas, thanks very much. I just need to get my allen keys back to get the front ones off. The front lower shock mount seems an odd ball perhaps imperial size and I only have my metric set.
