door fault

hi guys,
have a astra 1.7cdti 05,rear passenger door wont open from outside,child locks on,so kids are safe,but i cant open door from outside.
tried nock/unlock on keyfob,tried pressing button on dash,no joy.all other doors work fine.any ideas.
