Oils pipe on cylinderhead. Above exhaust.

Hi all. Does anyone know what the pipe connects to?



I'm nearing the end of an engine conversion (into an smax!) And this has stumped me, I cant find any reference to it on the net...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
