Black Ops 2. PC or Xbox?

Those of you who've played it. Is it another stty console port like the original Black Ops, or is this one better on the PC?

Trying to decide which to buy.

If you have a mouse for Xbox /ps3 then it doesn't matter otherwise pc all the way.not great graphically so I think the pc version has been limited by the Xbox/ps3 .
