Is there a thread for this already??

If not.... recommended me some decent phone (android) games please. I'm sick of downloading a game, finding its ste, rinsing and repeating....

Depends what kind of game you want.

I play Wordscapes when I'm waiting in the car in the supermarket car park waiting for the Mrs, kills 10-15 mins.

Real Racing 3. It's the nearest to a real sim that is actually worthwhile playing on Android. Avoid paying for stuff. I haven't bought anything in-game. There are much more realistic games but the actual gameplay is st. There are worse games (GT Racing 2) with similarly decent gameplay. Just play RR3 and save yourself time and effort.

Below were all either free or pennies in a sale and have been fun enough to install over a number of smartphone upgrades:

Plague Inc. - unleash a plague to wipe out the world

Pixel Dungeon - rogue-like dungeon explorer. Also a Soft Pixel Dungeon if this version is too tough.

Game Development Story - control a team of game designers. Launch that next big hit!

Reckless Racing - top down racer.

Great Little War Game - command your troops to wipe out the enemy. Turn based cannon fodder type game.

Alto - sideways jump over hazards game. Beautiful and I find very calming.

Zenobia 4 (I think) - like Secret of Mans on SNES

Mushroom Wars - real time strategy game.

Little Alchemy - puzzle game. Join elements to create new items. Join them to create others, and do on.

Crissy Road - modern day Frogger.

Micro Machines - Enough said

Reigns - Card based decision game, quite funny, usually on sale for under a quid.

Hill Climb 2.

I installed it ages ago and have picked it up again recently, good for killing some time and you don't have to spend anything.

Stranger Things - a great Zelda clone, and because it was made to promote the TV Show, there are no annoying ads or micro transactions.

PUBG Mobile - improving with time, though they're really pushing the paid extras now. Doesn't make any difference to the actual gameplay though.

Still has bots but they've improved a bit. You can spot them because they'll just run around outside a building and never come in, though their behaviour is a bit better in terms of running away, hiding & shooting back.

Crazy Taxi is free and a good fun game. Does require internet connection tho so you can't play it on a plane etc.

Mobius Final Fantasy if you are into RPG games. Very good card based strategy game with excellent graphics for a mobile game.

'Last Day on Earth' it's a zombie survival game.

It's no 5 min toilet break job though, I've been playing the same game for over a year now.

Lots of micro transactions available, but sadly they don't help much, it's just tough game.
